Hi friends,
Today’s topic is “Detach from your problems”.
The reason I wrote on this topic is that most of the time we are emotionally attached to our problems and so it happens that they look bigger and more complicated than they actually are and instead of finding a solution to those problems we get stuck in them.
But the thing is, when we detach from our problems and look for solutions, our mind works fast. We come up with different ideas that might solve the problem easily.
For Example, just think that the current problem you are facing is not your problem but someone else’s problem.
Take some time and think about it before you move ahead. Now tell me how many solutions did you come up with?
Believe me if not yet, you will start getting solutions to what someone else needs to do in order to solve the problem simply because it’s their problem and you are completely detached from it.
I know it is easy to say than to actually apply but some things are worth a try because if they work out you will be free from its burden.
I am saying this because of my experience. The strange thing that caught my attention was how quickly I could get solutions to all those problems that were never mine and how difficult it was for me to deal with the same problems if they were mine. This led me to conclude that detaching from the problems is the best way to deal with them.
When we are attached to our problems, we cannot see things clearly and as a result, we remain away from the solutions that might just be around us.
So instead of getting emotionally attached to your problems, please detach from your problems to get solutions at the earliest.
Thank you for reading. I hope it helps. Have a good day.
